Biography

Brendan has an unwavering passion for the law and loves advocating for his clients. He represented corporations before deciding to devote his talents to being a champion for workers. Brendan has expertise in civil litigation and represents clients in a range of matters, including discrimination, disability, harassment and contract law matters. Brendan has a wealth of experience in the courts after serving as a judicial intern to the Honorable Rosemarie E. Aquilina in Ingham County Circuit Court and as a law clerk to the Honorable James B. Brady in Farmington Hills District Court. Brendan earned his bachelor's degree in International Relations, with a minor in Spanish, from the prestigious James Madison College at Michigan State University. He earned his law degree from Michigan State University College of Law, where he participated in the Michigan Leadership Initiative, a select leadership-focused program based on academic credentials, community service, and a demonstrated commitment to furthering legal advocacy in the State of Michigan. During law school, Brendan gained experience advocating for clients as a member of the MSU Law Immigration Clinic, and sharpened his writing skills and legal research abilities as the Notes Editor of the Animal and Natural Resource Law Review. Brendan also studied the Japanese legal system and international business practices in Kyoto, Japan. When Brendan is not seeking justice for his clients, he is a sports enthusiast and enjoys playing in tennis, softball and golf leagues.
